Each award is aligned to the ways administrative professionals are shaping their organizations today.

Strategic Partnership & Leadership

Strategic Partner Award

Recognizes executive admins who shape and elevate executive partnerships through strategic thinking, influence, and trusted collaboration.

Eligible submissions will reflect at least one of the following achievements:

  • Elevated an executive partnership through trust, discretion, and strategic collaboration
  • Anticipated priorities, solved problems proactively, or helped leadership stay focused on high-value work
  • Influenced decisions, initiatives, or outcomes through sound judgment and business insight
  • Served as a key thought partner during periods of growth, change, or complexity
  • Strengthened communication, alignment, or execution across leadership teams or stakeholders
  • Expanded the role beyond traditional support to become an indispensable strategic partner

Additional requirement:

  • The initiative must have been completed between January 2025 and May 2026. Resulting practices must have been in place for at least 3 months prior to the application deadline.

Technology & Innovation

Administrative Intelligence™ Award

Honors administrative professionals driving innovation through technology, automation, and forward-thinking solutions that transform how work gets done.

Eligible submissions will reflect at least one of the following achievements:

  • Applied digital tools or emerging technology to solve a recurring business challenge
  • Replaced manual or outdated processes with smarter, more scalable ways of working
  • Designed systems that improved speed, accuracy, visibility, or cross-functional coordination
  • Used AI or automation to increase capacity and reduce administrative friction
  • Introduced innovative approaches that helped teams work more efficiently or make better decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership in modernizing the administrative function through technology adoption

  • The initiative must have been completed between January 2025 and May 2026. Resulting practices must have been in place for at least 3 months prior to the application deadline.

Communication & Operations

Impact Award

Celebrates project leadership and operational excellence that delivers measurable results, from saving time and reducing costs to improving day-to-day performance.

Eligible submissions will reflect at least one of the following achievements:

  • Led a project, initiative, or operational improvement that created measurable business results
  • Introduced a new process, system, or workflow that improved efficiency or productivity
  • Reduced costs, saved time, or streamlined day-to-day operations
  • Solved a persistent organizational challenge through thoughtful execution
  • Improved collaboration, responsiveness, or stakeholder satisfaction
  • Elevated accuracy, consistency, or overall operational performance

Additional requirement:

  • The initiative must have been completed between January 2025 and May 2026. Resulting practices must have been in place for at least 3 months prior to the application deadline.

Inclusion & Culture

DEIB Award

Honors leaders advancing more inclusive, equitable workplaces through mentorship, advocacy, community building, and lasting cultural impact.

Eligible submissions will reflect at least one of the following achievements:

  • Championed initiatives that fostered a more inclusive and equitable workplace
  • Created programs, communities, or resources that strengthened belonging
  • Led or supported employee resource groups, mentorship efforts, or advocacy initiatives
  • Partnered with leadership or HR to improve workplace culture
  • Expanded opportunities or support for underrepresented groups
  • Made a lasting impact through community-building, education, or allyship

Additional requirement:

  • The initiative must have been completed between January 2025 and May 2026. Resulting practices must have been in place for at least 3 months prior to the application deadline.
