Today seems like a good day to share a little love for our favorite tools, apps, products and things that make our lives easier. Every month looks different, but here are a few things keeping us sane right now here at ASAP HQ that we know are an equally good fit for our executive and admin assistant friends. Without further ado, we bring you, ASAP’s Love List!

Canva (canva.com)

If random design projects always seem to always drop in your lap, Canva’s going to be your jam. Create your own digital and print products with slick, drag-and-drop functionality, easy formatting, photo filters, and a vast array of stunning graphics and fonts at your disposal.

Doodle (doodle.com)

Stop never-ending email threads discussing the best meeting times, the right focus for a meeting, or staff pulse-checks, with Doodle’s easy scheduling and polling tool. Manage from the web or your app.

Smartsheet (smartsheet.com)

Web-based data sheets for mixed location teams. Live collaboration! Activity logs! Data form integration! Publishing capabilities! We could go on and on – it’s our team’s go-to collab tool.

HelloSign (hellosign.com)

Tired of always being the nudge? HelloSign‘s eSignatures are a legally-binding way to sign documents online, with a few extra perks you don’t get when you put pen to paper: they’re trackable; they can include prompts to complete an important field; they can generate reminders for documents that still need to be signed, you have the option to automatically store signed copies for quick access on the go, AND, they keep your inbox freed up from high-data attachments. Get ready to be IT’s shining mailbox star!

ScannerPro (App Store)

Do you or your boss just need to scan, sign and send, or extract text on the go? Then check out Scanner PRO, a PDF document scanner with OCR capabilities. Scanned documents can be emailed, exported to Photos, uploaded to online services (supports Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, Box, OneDrive and OneNote), simply saved on your iPhone or iPad, printed or even faxed. Advanced color processing algorithms remove shadows and correct perspective and distortion, making your scans as readable as possible.

Logitech P710E Speaker Phone (logitech.com)

Do you work remotely often? Are you a virtual assistant? Or maybe, you’re just a victim of the endless snow keeping everyone from their flights this time of year. The P701e allows you use your smartphone, tablet, or laptop for videoconferencing, giving you plenty of options to arrange your space so you can take notes or pull up documents on a second device in whatever way you prefer. 15 hours of noise cancelling, cordless talk time for even the busiest of admin’s days.

Pocket (pocket.com)

As admins you’re always trying to say one step ahead, but pausing to read that important article right when you see it is hard. Enter Pocket! Save articles to read offline later with no ads in a clean, adjustable display.

Paperless Post (paperlesspost.com)

Let me guess, it’s often up to you to maintain that personal touch, isn’t it? Paperless Post makes things easier for the modern gal or guy to reach someone quickly but with that old school class.

Sugarwish (sugarwish.com)

Speaking of that personal touch… Maybe it’s because we’re nearing the end of gifting season, but it’s hard to imagine what we did before Sugarwish. Adorable candies delivered in pretty little boxes that let the recipient choose their own favorite sweets – what could be easier?

Trello (trello.com)

You manage innumerous tasks, projects, and lists, and Trello can help. It’s simple, flexible, and powerful. Organize projects, tasks, assign deadlines, add team members, collaborate real-time, provide updates – all in a free web-based tool. And did we mention it’s pretty? An important note: there are a lot of great task and project management tools available, so we always recommend you think about what features and integrations you need BEFORE you select one. Pricing models vary and so do the features.

On behalf of the entire ASAP team, Happy Valentine’s Day! Xoxo
