This course is ideal for admin professionals at any level, from early career admins to senior EAs, who are new to AI or already using AI daily but feel they’re only scratching the surface. It’s especially valuable if you’re spending too much time correcting or rewriting AI outputs and want to get genuinely useful drafts faster.

Level of Difficulty/Prerequisites: 

No prior AI or prompting experience is needed for this session. Participants simply need access to an AI chatbot (like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) and need to be able to access a publicly available Miro board and Mentimeter link to join the hands-on practice (no need for Miro/Mentimeter account). The course is tool agnostic, so attendees are welcome to use whichever AI tool they already have access to at work.
