What is the pricing change?

Why are prices changing?

To support the continued growth and value of the ASAP Community, pricing is periodically updated. This pricing change supports our mission and ongoing investment in expert-led training, enhanced systems, and a growing library of role-specific resources that help administrative professionals develop skills, advance their careers, and earn recognition.

Here are some of the ways we have delivered more value to our community recently:

  • ASAP Website Refresh

    We refreshed the ASAP website to create a single hub for learning, networking, and certification. With updated career pathways, actionable learning loops, and expanded resources, we can deliver more robust, year-round professional development to help administrative professionals grow skills, advance careers, and stay ahead.

  • Added 200+ new digital content offerings

    We expanded our content library with 200+ new webinars, courses, assessments, articles, podcasts, reports, and templates/guides in 2025.

  • ASAP Enterprise

    This year, we launched ASAP Enterprise to offer scalable, customizable training for teams of administrative professionals, enabling organizations to invest in skill development, improve collaboration, and drive greater impact through cost-effective group learning.

  • 2025 PACE Update

    We updated the PACE Certification to create a more engaging, effective learning experience. Enhancements include audio narration, module checkpoints, customizable study plans, interactive study halls, and expanded AI content.

  • ASAP Assessments

    We introduced interactive quizzes to help administrative professionals assess their strengths and weaknesses, identify growth areas, and sharpen key skills, providing actionable insights that support continuous learning and career advancement.

  • ASAP Career Stages Framework

    Introduced in our State of the Profession Report, this framework validates what many in our community already know: titles alone don’t tell the whole story. It’s a practical guide to help you pinpoint where you are, what’s next, and how to get there

When is this change taking effect?

For new ASAP Membership plans and e-learning purchases, this change will take effect January 2, 2026. For existing Pro Memberships, this change will take effect on the first renewal after January 31, 2026. Please note: ASAP Premium Membership ($695/year) pricing remains unchanged. 

If you are currently a Professional Member with an expiration date between January 1, 2026 and January 31, 2026: We are honoring legacy pricing ($199) for your 2026 membership renewal only. Legacy pricing will expire January 31, 2026.

How are current Members being notified of this change?

We are announcing this pricing change with an email to our entire Membership community before the end of January 2026.

What’s happening to the Basic PACE Certification?

To provide the best possible learning experience and support our mission of empowering administrative professionals, we are retiring the Basic PACE Certification and moving forward with only the PACE+ version of the PACE Certification Program. This change allows us to expand and enhance our e-learning offerings while delivering more comprehensive, role-specific training and support.

Are there any changes for current PACE learners?

No. After paying your initial enrollment fee, you can earn your PACE Certification at no additional cost. If you are currently enrolled in Basic PACE and would like to upgrade, please visit My Account -> E-Learning Center. Please note that the PACE Re-Certification ($75) and Re-Enrollment ($100) fees remain unchanged.

Can I renew my Membership early at my current rate?

Unfortunately, no. If your current plan’s expiration date is after January 31, 2026, you will be charged the new price, regardless of how early you choose to pay. We accept renewal payments within three months of your current expiration date.
