Rachel Rice and Robin L. Robin

Rachel Rice, PHR, is Director of Administrative Coordination at CSH, where she leads a regionally based team that supports a national portfolio of project managers and onboarding initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Rachel brings a strong foundation in training, logistics, and process improvement. She holds a master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from DePaul University and is known for her strategic mindset, servant leadership, and infectious positive energy. Rachel also serves as a thought partner in data governance and organizational learning, and she contributes regularly to employee development through CSH’s Lunch and Learn series.

Robin L. Robin is an accomplished human resource professional with over 30 years’ experience in HR and nonprofit management. Currently the Chief People Officer at CSH, Robin leads the development, implementation, and strategic components of CSH’s operational elements in the Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, and Talent Development, realms. Prior to joining CSH, Robin held HR leadership roles at the Citizens Committee for New York City, Girls Inc., New York Hall of Science, the Fortune Society, and Primary Care Development Corporation. Additionally, Robin serves as a board member of Lutheran Social Services of New York and a Selection Committee Member of the New York Community Trust Excellence in Nonprofit Management Awards.
