We all, at some point in our virtual collaborations, have experienced a “death by meeting," a Zoom-fatigue-induced, unproductive snoozefest. We want to help you avoid this with simple, actionable tips to keep your board members fully engaged during mission-critical meetings.

Our webinar will cover:

  • The impact of hybrid and virtual boards, because the future is hybrid!
  • Real examples and tips, including how to build a strong agenda, that will help you to properly prepare for your virtual meetings
  • Best practices to keep attendees engaged during virtual meetings
  • Detailed steps to take advantage of post-meeting momentum

Bonus Handout: E-Book: What You Need to Know About Hosting Effective Virtual Meetings

Hot Tip: Zoom fatigue is real. If you’re in a board meeting with virtual attendees, they’re more likely to become disengaged if the meeting is longer than two hours. Plan for a quick break every hour to re-engage them. Tune into the webinar for more tips!
