This course focuses on practical strategies to streamline communication, organize tasks, and optimize collaboration using Microsoft 365 tools like Loop, Power Automate, and Copilot. You’ll learn how to structure and automate key processes, ensuring you stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

In this course, we’ll create and fill a framework for admins to manage their daily tasks and interactions with executives and teams within their organization, as well as stakeholders and clients outside their organization—helping you stay efficient, organized, and proactive.

As we look forward to the next 5-10 years of automation, artificial intelligence, and fast-paced change, this course is intended for administrative professionals who understand how important it is to embrace the future and help steer their organization’s approach to technology usage. Level of Difficulty/Prerequisites:

This course is designed for admins familiar with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. While we’ll introduce AI applications for those new to the topic, we’ll also cover advanced use cases, ensuring valuable insights for both beginners and experienced users.

Understand ahead of time that if your organization is a government agency, your installation of Microsoft 365 will be slightly different from the standard subscription, but not so different that it will be difficult to follow the course.
