All Things Admin Joins ASAP. Learn More ›
AI and automation are transforming how administrative professionals manage information, meetings, and workflows. This course focuses on practical strategies to streamline communication, organize tasks, and optimize collaboration using Microsoft 365 tools like Loop, Power Automate, and Copilot. You’ll learn how to structure and automate key processes, ensuring you stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.
In this course, we'll create and fill a framework for admins to manage their daily tasks and interactions with executives and teams within their organization, as well as stakeholders and clients outside their organization—helping you stay efficient, organized, and proactive.
If you enjoyed Neil’s previous course, Microsoft AI and Automation for Admins, which explored a broader range of AI-driven tools, this course hones in on implementing Microsoft AI specifically for information management and meeting coordination—giving you actionable frameworks to apply right away.
As we look forward to the next 5-10 years of automation, artificial intelligence, and fast-paced change, this course is intended for administrative professionals who understand how important it is to embrace the future and help steer their organization’s approach to technology usage. This will mostly benefit admins who are already working within OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams on a regular basis, and who are hoping to understand and control these tools in a more informed way.
This course is designed for admins familiar with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. While we’ll introduce AI applications for those new to the topic, we’ll also cover advanced use cases, ensuring valuable insights for both beginners and experienced users.
Understand ahead of time that if your organization is a government agency, your installation of Microsoft 365 will be slightly different from the standard subscription, but not so different that it will be difficult to follow the course.
