Hot Tip: If you've ever wanted to experiment with Excel tools like Conditional Formatting and Sparklines, Excel 2013 makes it incredibly simple. Drag-select a chunk of your spreadsheet with some numbers on it, and notice a small icon in the bottom-right corner of the selected area - it will look like a table with a lightning bolt. These are your Quick Analysis tools, and if you click the icon, you can immediately choose from recommended formatting, charts, totals, and Sparklines - see what works!
