The business model starts at $5.00 per month per feature and they offer a free trial. They have done their best to cover every option needed. They offer project management and accounting software. There are options available for planning, following, and completing your project, and for billing and follow-up with your clients. ClickUp also has numerous options for the administrative professional to allow tracking of employees and projects. Integration with numerous other programs is seamless and they easily convert data from many previous programs.

3. Workzone

Workzone is an administrative professional’s dream software company. They focus on training and support in every aspect of the business. But you will have to pay for this service, with price ranges from $24 to $48 per user. They have all of the project management programs you will need but do not include any finance programs.

4. Smartsheet

Smartsheets claims 3 million users in 190 countries Their base program starts at $14 per feature per month. This program has been called “Excel on speed.” It is a very sophisticated spreadsheet program, allowing you to see your projects from inception to completion. Each user can log in and view the job in a variety of ways and update the process as they complete their requirements.

5. Monday.com

Monday.com is another popular practice management software program loved by administrative professionals. They have plans that range from $8 to $48 per month. The fields are customizable for your company and easy to use. All employees involved in a process can log on and indicate the steps that they execute. They also have a motivational tool to help keep your employees on track.

Our team recommends you try the free trials of any programs that interest you. Be sure the company offers everything you, the administrative professional, are looking for, or at least most of the things. Evaluate it for ease of use, especially if you have to train a large number of employees. And of course, consider the cost versus return-on-investment. If the program will not bring in income or save time and money, it is not worth the cost.
