Premium is designed for the admin professional who wants to invest seriously in their career — someone who wants access to training, community, and events all in one place. If you’re attending at least one ASAP event per year, combining your Event Pass with Premium Membership will almost always save you money on top of everything you gain.

Premium includes everything in Pro, plus complimentary access to all ASAP Courses. When combined with an APC or EA Ignite Event Pass, Premium Membership unlocks our best member discount ($300 v. $100 for Pro), access to in-person and virtual workshops, select session recordings, and VIP event experiences. If you attend events and want to develop skills year-round, Premium pays for itself.

No – Premium delivers substantial value year-round through the digital benefits alone: unlimited webinars, all ASAP Courses, and exclusive resources – no event required.

That said, your event pass type affects which Premium benefits you can access onsite:

  • Premium Membership + Event Pass unlocks the full set of Premium event benefits, including in-person and virtual workshops, VIP event experiences, and select session recordings.
  • Premium Membership + another pass type (such as Day Pass or Certification Pass, which vary by event) provides a more limited set of Premium benefits, based on what that pass includes.
  • Premium Membership without an event pass does not include any event-related benefits, including virtual workshops and select session recordings delivered online after the event.

PACE Certification, our premier credentialing program, is not included in any membership tier and must be purchased separately. ASAP Courses is a separate offering: our exclusive library of live and on-demand short-form video courses that are included with Premium Membership.

Your hub to access everything from the event, including your Premium event benefits, is the My Events section of your ASAP account.

  • In-person workshops are half-day pre-conference sessions you can add during registration or manage anytime through My Events.
  • Virtual post-event workshops are 75-minute online sessions related to in-person event sessions – register for them through My Events.
  • Session recordings are audio recordings synced with screenshare of select conference sessions – accessible through My Events.
  • VIP event experiences vary by event and may include priority keynote seating, exclusive headshot hours, and more. These are experienced onsite and are not accessed through My Events. Just keep your badge with you onsite!

There are a few ways to get started:

  • Bundle with an Event Pass: Select your event first and add Premium Membership during registration.
  • Start with Premium Membership, add an Event Pass later: Your member discount will apply automatically when you register for an event.
  • Start with an Event Pass, add Premium Membership later: You can upgrade to Premium at a discount. As long as you do so before the event, you’ll receive full Premium benefits onsite.
  • Upgrade from Pro to Premium: You can complete a prorated upgrade at any time from your account settings. If you’re attending an upcoming event, be mindful that your membership expiration date affects which event benefits you can access. Make sure your Premium Membership is active for the duration of the event.
