But you will have to pay for this service, with price ranges from $24 to $48 per user. They have all of the project management programs you will need but do not include any finance programs.

Smartsheets claims 3 million users in 190 countries Their base program starts at $14 per feature per month. This program has been called “Excel on speed.” It is a very sophisticated spreadsheet program, allowing you to see your projects from inception to completion. Each user can log in and view the job in a variety of ways and update the process as they complete their requirements.

5. is another popular practice management software program loved by administrative professionals. They have plans that range from $8 to $48 per month. The fields are customizable for your company and easy to use. All employees involved in a process can log on and indicate the steps that they execute. They also have a motivational tool to help keep your employees on track.

Our team recommends you try the free trials of any programs that interest you. Be sure the company offers everything you, the administrative professional, are looking for, or at least most of the things. Evaluate it for ease of use, especially if you have to train a large number of employees. And of course, consider the cost versus return-on-investment.
