Assistants lead in a number of capacities. If you’ve ever been part of an office refurbishment or the implementation of new systems, or if you attended a major work event or meeting, you can likely identify the assistants whose leadership was instrumental in the success of these undertakings. 

The assistants involved don’t always hold formal authority, yet they inspire the confidence and trust of executives and upper management. Think back to the early months of 2020. You probably stepped up to the plate and demonstrated leadership qualities as people everywhere were sorting out how to work remotely.
