Hot Tip: Need to clean extra spaces in Word? You probably used Find & Replace to replace double spaces with single spaces.  Instead, try this! In Find & Replace, click in the Find What field. Click (More) Special, White Space. This will remove consecutive occurrences of spaces and tabs.
