Hot Tip: Ask permission to offer “constructive” comments that may be unwelcome or perceived as insulting. Ask: “May I make an observation? or “Have you found an easier way?” This allows them to share their reasoning while also feeling respected.

Will I get a recording and certificate? 

Yes! Both the recording and certificate can be found under Order History > Order Details.
