Hot Tip: Control+E is the famous shortcut for centering text in Word and in PowerPoint.  However, in Excel, it is the shortcut for command for Flash Fill. In a new column, next to existing data, enter a value that represents what you want to extract and click on Control+E to fill in the rest of the information.
